Combine whipped cream cheese and one cup of powdered sugar in a large mixing bowl. Using a handheld mixer, mix until fully blended. Repeat with the second cup of powdered sugar until fully blended.

Add pumpkin puree and mix until smooth.

Mix in vanilla pudding mix, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Divide dip between Chinet Crystal® 9 oz cups. Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of ground cinnamon. Serve with graham crackers, apple slices, or shortbread cookies.
