    Preheat the oven to 350 F and pre-grease a 9×13 baking dish.

    Sift the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and ground cinnamon together in a large mixing bowl and set aside for later.

    In a separate mixing bowl, whisk sugar and oil together until well blended. Whisk in eggs, vanilla extract, and salt.

    Add the sifted dry ingredients to the bowl of wet ingredients and whisk until combined.

    Fold in the grated carrots until incorporated.

    Pour batter into the greased dish and bake 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick in the middle of the cake comes out clean.

    Cool the cake at room temperature for about 30 minutes.

    Top with cream cheese frosting and serve on Chinet Crystal® Dessert Plates.
