Parmesan Garlic Wings

Wings are always a favorite at backyard BBQs, but it’s time to swap buffalo and barbeque sauce for this buttery, cheesy, garlicky goodness! Just bake party wings on the grill then toss with an easy, homemade sauce. Your guests will be begging for the recipe.

Thank you @lakeshorelady for this tasty recipe.

Ingredients

Steps

  • Directions for Grown-up Version

  • 1

Preheat grill to around 350-400 degrees.

  • 2

Pat wings dry and then season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, baking powder, and olive oil. Toss to coat.

  • 3

Place the wings on the grill in a single layer. Close the lid for about 5 minutes.

  • 4

After 5 minutes, open the grill and flip the wings. Close again and cook for another 5 minutes. Repeat this 2 more times.

  • 5

While the wings are cooking, melt 1/4 cup of butter on the stove. Add 5 cloves of minced garlic as it melts. At the very end, stir in the chopped parsley. Remove from heat.

  • 6

After about 20 minutes of total cooking time, check to see if the wings are cooked through (an internal temperature of 165 degrees).

  • 7

Transfer the wings to a bowl and pour the butter sauce over the top. Top with 1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese and mix it all so each wing is coated.

  • 8

Transfer the wings to a Chinet Classic® platter and enjoy!
