Ingredients

Steps

  • 1

Combine the shredded chicken, butter, wing sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper in a large, non-stick pan over medium-low heat.

Tip: Bottled buffalo wing sauce comes in a variety of spice levels, and we prefer a mild or medium for these sliders.

  • 2

Stir together and heat through until the butter is melted and the wing sauce has coated all of the shredded chicken.

  • 3

Stir in the shredded cheese and chopped bacon until the cheese is melted. Remove the pan from the heat and set aside.

  • 4

Mix the shredded cabbage, ranch dressing, and chopped green onions together in a Chinet Classic® 16oz bowl and set aside.

  • 5

Place the bottom half of the slider buns onto a large cutting board. Keep the buns intact so they are all touching and create a nearly solid surface to hold the following layers of ingredients.

Tip: Slider buns vary in size, and we used 2 ½” buns for this recipe. For smaller slider buns, feel free to adjust the quantity of ingredients to fit.

  • 6

Layer the Pepper Jack cheese slices over the surface of the bottom buns. Tear one or two cheese slices in half to help them fit, and cover the entire surface of the slider buns.

  • 7

Spread the buffalo chicken mixture over the layer of Pepper Jack cheese. Top the buffalo chicken with a layer of shredded cabbage slaw.

  • 8

Place the top half of the slider buns onto the layer of cabbage slaw, then use a serrated knife to cut the sliders apart.
