Turkey Bacon Tomato Sliders

Upgrade your basic BLT with turkey and Gouda by making these sliders! They’re spicy, satisfying, and worthy of a second helping.

    To make the spicy mayonnaise, stir the mayonnaise and hot sauce together in a small bowl. Taste and stir in more hot sauce if preferred, then set aside.

    Tip: We love Thai chili sauce as the hot sauce in this spicy mayonnaise, but your favorite hot sauce will work!

    To build the sliders, lay the bottom half of the slider buns onto a large cutting board. Keep the buns intact so they are all touching and create a nearly solid surface to hold the following layers of ingredients.

    Tip: Slider buns vary in size; we used 2 ½” buns for this recipe. For smaller slider buns, feel free to adjust the quantity of ingredients to fit.

    Layer the slices of provolone cheese over the surface of the bottom slider buns. Tear a slice or two in half to help the cheese slices fit and cover the entire surface of the buns.

    Layer the slices of deli turkey over the slices of provolone cheese.

    Spoon half of the spicy mayonnaise over the sliced turkey, spreading it out to cover the surface of the turkey.

    Lay the cooked bacon slices on top of the sauce, followed by slices of tomato. Top the tomato slices with a layer of shredded lettuce, then the shredded Gouda cheese.

    Tip: We love the combination of Gouda cheese and bacon, especially smoked Gouda if you can find it. If not, cheddar, Colby Jack, or your favorite cheese is a great alternative!

    Spoon the remaining spicy mayonnaise over the shredded Gouda cheese.

    Place the top half of the slider buns on top of the saucy cheese layer and use a serrated knife to cut the sliders apart.
